Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly are you located?
We're in the Flower District of Downtown Los Angeles. Full address and entry instructions are sent in your booking confirmation. Easy access via the 110 and 10 freeways. Street and lot parking available within a block.
What's your minimum session length?
Two-hour minimum for tracking sessions. Mixing and mastering are quoted per song. Lockouts available — contact us for daily and weekly rates.
Do you provide an engineer?
Yes. An engineer is included in every recording session. If you have your own engineer you'd like to bring, let us know in your inquiry.
What do I need to bring?
Your lyrics or session notes, any reference tracks, and a hard drive or thumb drive if you want stems delivered on the spot. We can also send everything via Dropbox after the session.
Can I bring my own beats / instrumentals?
Absolutely. Send tagged or untagged WAV/MP3 in advance via the booking link or bring them on a drive. We can also produce in-house if you need beats — mention it in your inquiry.
How does payment work?
Deposit is collected at booking through our online checkout. Balance due before session start. We accept card, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Full policy on the booking policy page.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two free revision rounds on every mix. Additional revisions billed at our hourly rate. Mastering is one revision pass — you greenlight the mix first.
Do you offer late-night sessions?
Yes. We book sessions as late as 2 AM. Tell us your preferred time in the booking flow.
Can I bring guests?
Up to four guests per session. Keep it focused — the room is for working. Larger groups by request only.
