Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to every session booked at Finesse Season Studios. By booking a session, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm every booking.
- Deposits range from $25 to 50% of the session total depending on session type.
- The deposit is applied to your final balance.
- Sessions without a paid deposit are not confirmed.
Cancellations
24+ hours before session: Reschedule free of charge. Your deposit transfers to the new session date.
Less than 24 hours before session: Deposit is forfeited. You may reschedule by paying a new deposit.
No-show: Full session amount due. Future bookings require pre-payment in full.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Deposits transfer once. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.
- Rescheduled sessions must occur within 60 days of the original booking.
Late Arrival
- Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten your session.
- If you're more than 30 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to release the slot and treat the booking as a no-show.

Payment
- Balance is due before session start.
- We accept card, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay.
- We do not accept checks.
- Receipts available on request.
Mixing & Mastering Turnaround
- Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days for mixes, 2–3 business days for mastering.
- Rush turnaround available for an additional fee — request before booking.
- Revision rounds: two free on mixes, one free on mastering. Additional revisions billed hourly.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (power outage, severe weather, building issues), we'll reschedule your session at no charge and refund any non-deposit amounts paid for that specific session.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable per the cancellation rules above. Balance payments for completed sessions are non-refundable except in the rare case of equipment failure that prevents us from delivering on the booked service.
Guests & Conduct
- Up to 4 guests per session. Larger groups require advance approval.
- Studio is a working environment — please respect engineer and other artists' time.
- Smoking outdoors only.
- We reserve the right to end any session without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
