Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using finesseseason.studio and booking a session with Finesse Season Studios ("Studio"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment may be required to reserve the room. Prices are quoted in US dollars and include applicable VAT where stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are refundable based on the notice period specified in your booking confirmation and the Studio's cancellation policy. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit or full session fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
4. Studio Use
The client is responsible for the conduct of all persons in their session. Damage to equipment or the premises caused by the client or their guests will be charged at replacement or repair cost. Illegal activity, excessive noise outside booked hours, and disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in termination of the session without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to recordings and creative work produced during your session. The Studio claims no ownership of client material. The Studio retains all rights to its brand, website, and marketing content.
6. Recordings and Delivery
Session files are typically delivered within 24–72 hours after the session. The Studio retains backup copies for 30 days unless a longer retention is agreed in writing.
7. Liability
The Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Studio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
